| Description | The survey is not loading directly after clicking the email invite again when using the resume later feature, and allow public registration. |

| Steps To Reproduce |
- Create a survey
- Turn on the resume later, and the "Allow public registration" functionalities.
3.active the survey .
- click the link and register.
5.participate in the survey- using the email link, and click the resume later ( don't submit)
- click the email link again.
- the survey site will open , with the error, "There is no matching saved response." and will not redirect you to the last visited section in the survey.
- you will need to enter your credential again to enter .
