Summary19859: Some borken LSA can not be imported
Description

I have some broken LSA where startlanguage are set to NULL (MSSQL DB : don't know how it's happen)
Exports LSA work but

  1. can not be imported in 5 and 6
  2. Don't have any information on reason

Try to import included LSA

Expected result

LSA is imported with all response with or without warning
or
LSA is not imported : but have a reason to report an issue on LimeSurvey bug system

My opinion :

  1. No try/cast in SurveyDynamic->insertRecords (maybe with option)
  2. Fix startlanguage (and startdate) or allow it to be NULL (i report a feature request for this)
