Summary	10233: Unable to add user to a group in a fresh install
Description	I always get user already in group, while this is not the case
Steps To Reproduce	Fresh install (admin user is 1), create a group (id = 1) some users and then try to add a user to the group. This will fail due to the UserInGroup model not having a composite primary key.
Additional Information	Will submit a pull request for the fix
