Vanilla didn't have a lot of options.
Boostrap not a lot too …

I know what you mean, but I believe we should go for consistency. E.g., image upload should be under Images tab.

BootsWatch already works like Fruity.
Added options page entry to Vanilla's config to enable the core options page. Tested with basic settings and seems to work OK.
Also, themes that extended Vanilla before and after the change work too.

Details Diff		 Fixed issue 16749: Make sure Vanilla and Bootswatch look like Fruity (#1673)

BootsWatch already works like Fruity.
Added options page entry to Vanilla's config to enable the core options page. Tested with basic settings and seems to work OK.
Also, themes that extended Vanilla before and after the change work too.		 Affected Issues
