Steps To Reproduce	Enter to your survey, go to the responses tab and click on the "Data Entry Screen" button. Click to change the language and the error will appear.

galads 2021-08-17 10:49 reporter ~66025	With a multilingual survey, when you switch from the base language to the other languages, the URL is wrong and you get a "page not found error". Tested on cloud. For the self-hosted version, it redirects back to the home page.
