Summary18280: Conditions Designer Crash with Database Error
Description

I upgraded my Limesurvey Version from 5.3.20 to 5.3.27 and I get a 500: server error when I try to open the Conditions designer.

500: Interner Serverfehler
CDbCommand konnte das SQL-Statement nicht ausführen: SQLSTATE[42000]: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]A column has been specified more than once in the order by list. Columns in the order by list must be unique.

Steps To Reproduce

If I want to open the Conditions Designer in an existing survey, the server error warning comes up, as does when I copy the survey.
