Summary04156: ComfortUpdate fails because of non-existing directories
Description

I tried an ComfortUpgrade from build 8406 to 8429, but I get the warning, that at some directories the permissions are not correct - but these directories don't even exist - because the files (new translation) get added by the upgrade ==> see attached screenshot.

I can't even proceed with the upgrade, because all I can do is to re-check the permissions, but the result is always the same ==> Blocker in my eyes.

In the meantime I set 777 to the whole \locale-directory with all sub-directories and tried again ==> no difference.

This issue affect all LimeSurvey builds up to 8447.

Solution:

Download the attached file and replace the old file in /admin/update/
