Summary	04171: File /classes/core/html_entity_decode_php4.php is missing
Description	One file is missing in directory /classes/core and that causes installation to stop. I've copied an old version I've had (Version 1.72), and it seems to work now : I could successfully finish the installation.
Steps To Reproduce	Install LimeSurvey 1.87+ (with package from sourceforge with miror in Paris, France)
Tags	No tags attached.
