Summary04174: Expiry date does not match survey defined date format in Print View
Description

The expiry date (if a survey has one set) is displayed at the bottom of the print survey's print view. Currently there is no way to change the format. It displays YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.

Steps To Reproduce

go to print view on any survey with an expiry date set.

Date format type now available to Print View
Expiry date is converted to timestamp.
Survey defined date format applied to expiry date timestamp.
If expiry time is not midnight, expiry time is also displayed.
